Since you know who we are

What we can offer you?

Measured Building Survey

We establish the most suitable methodologies to meet the specific needs of our clients to deliver the highest standard survey in a cost-effective manner.

We use the latest field technology to capture all required data and import it to the most up-to-date software.

Our in-house drawing experts then craft highly detailed and accurate AutoCAD floor plans, sections and elevations of the existing buildings and structures.

Survey of historic details

We are highly skilled in hand measurement of architectural detail. We use traditional methods to survey in 1:1 scale the historic fabric of listed buildings and protected structures.

Our clients are provided with highly accurate plans, sections and elevations of historic architectural detail.

Our surveys are supported by record photography produced by our in-house architectural photographer.

Redrawing to CAD Files

Our in-house drawing experts can create proper Cad vector file from raster image. We produce an entirely new CAD file (like the one shown beside)with all lines and text layered in CAD. Everything in it can then be edited using a CAD application.

Architectural Photography

Our in house architectural photographer (with over twenty years experience) applies a clinical eye for detail at all stages of a project; from pre-planning, through-out the shoot itself, to meticulous post-production. As a result we are able to deliver photographs which are both aesthetically pleasing and very accurately reflect the subject.

We also specialize in Rectified photography, which provides architects, conservationists, and building owners with high quality scaled documentation,
that describes and illustrates the existing conditions of built structures.

Put plainly, rectified photography is used to record structures whereby the effects of distortion by perspective are removed and the image is scaled upon one or more facades.

We deliver a record that highlights structural deterioration or subtle changes in materials as may be required in printed photography, image files and/or in CAD format, as measured drawings. Images are scaleable in a CAD environment.
