Scope

Lota, Coliemore Road, Dalkey, Co. Dublin, sits along one of the best stretches of Coliemore Road, on more than 0.5 acre, with own slipway to the water.
Egg And Dart Project was commissioned by Brazil Associates, to carry out a full digital survey of the existing buildings and site, including slipway to the water and rocky shore part of the site.

Key Activities

Works consisted of a complete measured survey of the buildings, including garrage and boat garage, to provide accurate floor plans, section and elevations.
Next phase consisted of a complete topographical survey of the site including rocky shore and slipway to the water.
Final stage consisted of a preapration of very detailed full set of drawings.
