Scope

Cratloe, Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Co. Dublin is a particularly impressive two storey over garden level period residence. This fine family home sits on private gardens of 0.4 acre approx. Cratloe features original period detail including window, window frames, doors, door frames, staircases, stairwells, intricate ceiling cornices, centre roses and marble fireplaces.
Egg And Dart Project was commissioned by DMVF Architects, to carry out a full digital survey of the existing building and site.

Key Activities

Works consisted of a complete measured survey of the buildings, to provide accurate floor plans, sections and elevations.
Next phase consisted of a complete topographical survey of the site.
Final phase consisted of a preapration of very detailed full set of drawings.
