Site survey control and Setting out

Scope

Egg And Dart Project was commissioned by Kiosk Architects and BuildPol, to carry out a Site survey control and Setting out of the concrete slab for the mews building on site. Main focus was to accurately transfer design plans onto the construction site to guide the placement and alignment of the foundation of the additional building.

Key Activities

Works consisted of a complete as-build measured survey of the existing structural frame, to provide accurate floor plans, sections and elevations.
Next phase consisted of setting out of the concrete slab for the mews building on site to ensure the precise positioning of the foundation, walls, and other structural components according to the architectural and engineering drawings.
Final phase consisted of a preapration of very detailed full set of drawings.
